Computer Assisted Language Learning on the Web: Contains links to free sites on the Web to study English as a second language.

Dave's ESL Cafe: A great site for ESL teachers and students. This site  includes a "Graffiti Wall" where youngsters express themselves, an "Idea Page" for ESL teaching tips posted by educators from around the world, plus a link to Dennis Oliver's "Phrasal Verb Page" for common American verb phrases.

English As a Second Language Home Page: Features a variety of course materials (organized by topics such as Listening and Speaking, Grammar and Writing, etc.) as well as links to other great ESL sites.  

Frizzy University Network:  A great site for students learning English as a second language. Students can improve their writing and  discover and share ideas.

Migrant.org: This site includes online courses in both English and Spanish along with translation guides, translated school forms, and ESL links.
