Hardship

According to the School Attendance Zone Procedures policy, adopted on March 14, 2013 by the Christian County Board of Education, parents/guardians have the option to request their student to attend school outside of their attendance zone based on a hardship.

A hardship is defined as documented economic or medical factors that are beyond the student’s and parent/guardian’s control which have a negative impact on the student’s education process, safety, mental health or physical well being.

Students applying for a hardship and/or students currently on hardship will need to complete the new hardship application for school assignment and submit proper documentation.
